Awesome Massage Therapist
| I have been going to Compliments for Health for treatment of pain in my right shoulder and tightness in my neck muscles from playing Racquetball. I met with Andrea who is the owner and massage therapist. I had a short consultation with Andrea to explain my problem. She was very confident that she could help and went right to work on the affected areas. I have to admit, I was somewhat skeptical that this could be helped by massage. I have has this problem on and off for years. I seems to flair up whenever I start a new sport or exercise program. I have never found anything to help, except to stop what I am doing. After a few sessions I was doing much better and still able to play racquetball. At this time my pain is almost gone; Andrea is incredible. Andrea has improved my overall health!
| I have been seeing Andrea for several years on a regular basis. I have a stressful job and know that stress definitely buries itself in my muscles in a way that is not at all healthful. I had never been to a massage therapist before and was quite apprehensive. Andrea put me completely at ease. While she instinctively knows what you need, she is also a very attentive listener who wants to give you the most effective treatment during your time with her. Since I have been seeing her I have been better able to listen to what my body is telling me and have noticed a real reduction in the affects of stress on my physical and emotional well being. I am able to live more fully when I am seeing her on a regular basis. I recommend Andrea to all of my friends! |

Recent Case History
| Back in April of this year I wound up with a pinched nerve in the C5 and C6 area which was debilitating to the point that I was not able to travel to work for a few weeks. I was on 2 percasets every 4 hours due to the pain and still could not sleep. I first tried the doctor recommended PT which made matters worse, then I tried the chiropractor who just wanted to keep snapping my neck which did not help. My brother who had been going to Complements for Health recommended that I see Andrea. From the first treatement, I received relief and after a few more treatments became very functional and pretty much back to normal. I have since referred to many of my friends and cant say enough good about Complements for Health. I still see Andrea on an as needed basis if I feel that I am tightening up. |
